Gold Tee Properties’ purchasing activities will be based on financial, quality and political criteria as well as availability of real estate. As a result properties in some resorts will not be considered even if they appear to present promising opportunities.
In addition to this, cooperation agreements regarding the use of hotels and/or villas will be concluded, making ownership even more attractive .

Our destinations
PGA Catalunya, Girona, Spain
PGA Catalunya is a top resort for golfers. Leading Courses ranks it No. 2 in Spain and No. 12 in Europe. The complex includes two 18-hole golf courses, the extremely challenging Stadium Course, used as a venue for international tournaments, and the beautiful, varied Tour Course. In addition to this, the resort has “The Golf Hub”, a top-level practice facility. An extensive driving range with Toptracer, Trackman and other analysis systems plus a unique short game practice area with bunkers containing different sand types, ensure a professional standard of training.
The resort has 2 hotels, the 5* Camiral, a member of The Leading Hotels of the World, and the 3* Lavida. The villas and apartments have exclusive furnishings, including prestigious brand names in the bathrooms and kitchens. These modern properties are integrated elegantly and discreetly into the grounds and trees, with some offering views of the golf course.
PGA Catalunya is located 1 hour from the interesting and attractive city of Barcelona and 1.5 hours from Barcelona Airport. A stay at PGA Catalunya can be easily combined with a visit to Barcelona.
Las Colinas, Alicante, Spain
Located in Campoamor, one hour south of Alicante, in a 330ha valley, Las Colinas Golf & Country Club is sited in beautiful surroundings between hills and the sea. It is excellently managed by the world’s largest golf management company, Troon, and has already won prestigious awards.
Thanks to its respectful handling of the surrounding environment and low housing density in comparison to other resorts, Las Colinas (no hotel) has a reputation as an environment-friendly resort. Properties are very modern and of a good quality. Many offer views of the beautiful golf course and some even have sea views.
The focus at the resort is on golf. The course is very hilly, varied and fair. The training facilities have been expanded to include a new short game practice area, designed by Miguel Ángel Jiménez.
The beach club, which can be used by property owners, is located 20 minutes away. The region is a paradise for golfers, with numerous top courses, including the well-known La Manga resort, less than an hour’s drive away.
Murcia and Alicante, both interesting cities, are less than one hour from the resort.
Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain
The Costa del Sol is a coastal region in southern Spain (Andalusia) and one of the most popular golfing destinations. The sun shines for 320 days a year here, giving the region its name. The Costa del Sol’s best known attraction is the town of Marbella. Exclusive villas, top golf courses and beautiful beaches are a hit with both golfers and holidaymakers, while the region’s climate is one of the best in Spain. This makes it possible to play golf all year round.
The La Cala Resort is a premium destination, located 30 minutes from Marbella and the airport, between the Sierra de Mijas nature reserve and the Mediterranean. The coast and its beaches are just 10 minutes away. The resort offers three 18-hole golf courses; a 6-hole, par 3 pitch and putt course and a golf academy.
Amenities at the complex include an attractive hotel with spa; three restaurants and numerous sports facilities.
Properties close to the best golf course on the Costa del Sol are expensive, however provide excellent value stability and are of a high quality. In addition to La Cala other well-known golfing resorts include Valderrama, Finca Cortesin, Villa Padierna and La Reserva.
Quinta do Lago, Faro, Portugal
The Algarve is Portugal’s most south-westerly region and extremely popular with golfers. Its numerous top golf courses; very interesting cultural attractions; fantastic beaches; mild climate and beautiful countryside attract not only golfers year after year. The region can be easily reached via Faro Airport, while the fantastic capital city Lisbon is only 2.5 hours’ drive away.
Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura are all located in direct proximity to one another and are the most exclusive resorts on the Algarvem hence the region’s nickname “the Golden Triangle”. This small area has more than 13 top golf courses, some of which have even been venues for the Portuguese Championship tournament. The supply of attractive properties in these resorts is very limited, with prices correspondingly high. It is not uncommon for large villas to be valued at double-digit million euro figures, with further increases in prices expected in coming years.
Abama, Tenerife, Spain
Abama, covering an area of 160 hectares, is the Canaries’ most exclusive resort. It is located on the popular and largest island, Tenerife, which is dominated by Mount Teide, a dormant volcano and the highest point in Spain.
The 6 271-metre golf course is one of the best and most attractive in Spain. It is located in beautiful surroundings including more than 25 000 palm trees, with many of the holes offering fantastic sea views.
Each one of the residential properties is designed to meet the highest standards of aesthetics and modern construction. The complex is sited on a hillside, providing breathtaking views of the Atlantic, the golf course and the beautiful scenery.
The resort is in a very quiet position but still just 30 minutes’ from Tenerife South Airport.
A further three beautiful golf courses, Adeje, Golf Las Américas and Golf del Sur, are also located nearby.
Tenerife’s biggest draw is, however, its extremely pleasant and temperate year-round climate.
