Registration for
qualified investors 

The individual who is registering confirms that she/he is a qualified investor as defined under collective investment law and thus expressly wishes to waive the increased investor protection as defined by collective investment law.

Should the individual who is registering no longer wish to be considered a qualified investor at any time after signing this confirmation or should it be established that the above-mentioned confirmation no longer applies, then the individual who is registering herewith undertakes to inform Gold Tee Properties of this change in circumstances without delay.
